Requirements

  • Candidates with full working rights in Thailand.
  • Fluent in Thai, good command of Chinese; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Familiarity with general affairs and administrative experience; accounting and company financial handling experience is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive pursuit of professional growth.
  • Proficient in Office suite (Excel/Word/PPT) to enhance work efficiency.
  • Patience and enthusiasm, a willingness to help others, and good teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in document processing and MS Office, particularly Excel Vlookup.
  • Experience with Notion will be given priority to improve team efficiency.

Job Description

  • Assist in resolving daily office administrative issues.
  • Engage in employee relations tasks such as satisfaction surveys and employee interviews to enhance the work environment.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and a service-oriented attitude to support the team.
  • Efficiently complete a variety of tasks assigned by the supervisor, showcasing excellent teamwork skills.
  • Liaise with accounting firms to handle some office financial matters.
  • Assist in handling general HR administrative tasks, arranging new employee onboarding, accommodations, and contracts.
  • General administrative duties (procurement, reimbursement, negotiation, mail/package handling, petty cash management, etc.).
  • Manage office environment (maintenance, repairs, lease management, space planning, and maintenance).
  • Provide cross-departmental support.
