Requirements

● Cambodian local.
● Good Chinese; English; Vietnamses.
● Familiar with administrative and accounting operations; experience in accounting and company bookkeeping is required. Experience in general affairs and administration is a plus.
● Detail-oriented and actively seeking professional growth.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/PPT) to enhance work efficiency.

Job Description

● Assist in resolving daily office administrative issues.
● Participate in employee relations tasks, such as satisfaction surveys and employee interviews, with the goal of improving the workplace environment.
● Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and a spirit of service, providing support to the team.
● Efficiently complete a variety of tasks assigned by supervisors, showcasing excellent teamwork.
● Handle personal income tax declarations.
● Assist with general HR and administrative duties, including onboarding, dormitory arrangements, and contract preparation for new employees.
● Handle general administrative affairs (procurement, reimbursement, price negotiation, mail/package handling, petty cash management, etc.).
● Manage the office environment (maintenance, repairs, lease management, space planning, and upkeep).
● Provide cross-departmental support.

Salary

● Probation period: Probation period: $700
● Regular salary to be discussed

Working hours and rest days

● Working hours: 10 hours/day, 4day/months.
● Annual leave: 18 days + Seniority Indemnity
● Seniority bonus: 7.5 days after 6 months (paid in June/December annually).
